This report conforms to industry-standard AS4970 2009 Protection of Trees on Development Sites.
The report will, where applicable, assess the impact of a proposed development upon the existing site tree/s, street tree/s and neighbouring tree/s health.
The report will set out the trees botanic name, common name, canopy height, canopy spread, measured trunk diameter, retention value, health, structure, structural root zones (SRZ’s) and tree protection zones (TPZ’S).

To assist town planning the report will also identify which trees are protected (or not) under any relevant planning scheme overlays or Local Law.

Where trees are to be retained we will also provide recommendations for tree protection and management throughout the development phase. Recommendations may also be made regarding pavement construction e.g. permeable pavement or footing design.
